Terms of Service

please read everything carefully before commissioning me
by commissioning me, you agree with my terms of service:

  • Payment is done upfront. Client is required to pay in Full Payment before I start the sketch. Payment is done via local bank transfer (BCA) or ShopeePay (IDR) and PayPal Invoice (USD). Please note that IDR prices are for Indonesian Residence only

  • Default canvas size starting from 2000x2000 px, 300 dpi. Customizeable upon request.

  • Maximum of 3 free major revisions during sketching phase (pose changes, etc). Major revisions during lineart and coloring process will be charged.
    Minor changes such as, example: missing clothing details, slight expression changes, will not be charged.

  • Clear visual image reference of character design is required.
    Reference photos such as pose and expression photo references are optional but very appreciated as it will help me visualize better to fulfill your order!

  • I do not take urgent commissions!
    Estimated work time is 1-6 weeks after sketch is approved. But I will try my best to finish the work as soon as possible. I will notify clients if I can't finish on time.

  • STRICTLY NO REFUND

  • CLIENT SHOULD NOT USE MY WORK FOR ANYTHING NFT-RELATED AND AI TRAINING

  • Pricelist listed are for Personal Use (non-profit) only. For commercial use / work-related commissions, please inquire further with me!

  • As the artist, I still hold all my rights to my works and the Client is purchasing my labor only. Credited repost is allowed, but please do not claim commissioned works as your own. I have the right to include/share my (watermarked) commissioned works to my social medias and my portfolio.

  • I like new challenges for me to draw, but I have the rights to decline commissions that goes beyond my abilities or if I am not comfortable with the order.
